Anthony Cimini passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025, at the age of 83. He was the beloved son of the late Angelina (née Franchetti) and Frank Cimini, and the devoted husband of the late Lisa (née Greco) Cimini.

Anthony was the loving brother of Leo (Deborah) Cimini and the late Frankie and Lenny Cimini, and brother-in-law of the late JoAnn Palma. He was a cherished uncle to Troy (Danya) Cimini, Dena Cimini, Angela (Perry) Giambuzzi, Nicole (Steve) Olafsen, Nicole Cimini, Charice Cimini, Chris (Jenn) Cimini, Gregory Cimini, and Aron Cimini. Great Uncle of Perry Giambuzzi, Anthony Giambuzzi, Brianna Cimini, Christopher Cimini Jr., Nicholas Goga, Brooklyn Davis and Alex Cimini. He is also survived by many loving extended family members, and dear friends.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Anthony served his country during the Vietnam War, where he earned the Vietnam Service Medal and a Marksmanship Medal for his distinguished service. Following his military career, he became a respected member of the Local 405 Iron Workers Union, dedicating many years to his craft.

A lifelong resident of the 1300 block of Reed Street in South Philadelphia, Anthony was known for his loyalty to his roots, strong work ethic, and deep love for his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Baldi Funeral Home , 1331 S. Broad Street (ample parking on premises).
Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 AM at St. Rita of Cascia Church , 1166 S. Broad Street.
Interment will take place at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery .
