ANTONETTE (nee Carine) passed peacefully on April 21, 2020 at the age of 99. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Nardone. Beloved mother of Maria (Joseph) Hopkins and Anna (Joseph) Ruggieri. Loving Grandmother to Eric (Michele) Hopkins, Gerald (Melanie) Ruggieri, Justin (Stefanie) Hopkins,Stephen (Lauren) Ruggieri, and Daniel Ruggieri. Great Grandmother to Kaelah Poulos-Hopkins, Cara Ruggieri, Marabel Poulos-Hopkins, Charlie Ruggieri, Chloe Hopkins, Lucie Poulos-Hopkins, Margot Ruggieri, Jackson Hopkins, Ryan Ruggieri, Maxwell Hopkins, Neve Poulos-Hopkins, Zoe Ruggieri and Dylan Hopkins. Devoted daughter of the late Anthony and Anna (nee Messina) Carine. Sister of Carmella Marraffa, Angelina Carriero, Mary Giranda, Frank, William, Joseph and Charles Carine. Survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, caring friends and wonderful neighbors. Antonette was a homemaker, raising her two daughters while lovingly caring for Frank, Joseph, and Charles, her handicapped brothers. Antonette was a woman of faith and family, and a kind and generous person. She became the family historian in her later years, regaling her family and friends with her memories and stories of her earlier life, leaving us with the sound of her laughter and her many sayings and expressions.Viewing and interment for Antonette will be held privately. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
