Barbara Wilkes

Beloved mother, daughter, sister, partner, and friend, Barbara-Lynne Wilkes, passed away on Saturday, May 17, at the age of 62 years.

Barbara will be forever loved and remembered by her children, Zachary (My Special Little Guy) and Hannah (Gracie); parents, Loretta and Mark;  brother, Marc; uncle (brother), Leonard; partner, Keith; pets, Max and Molly.

She was preceded by her birth father, Joseph Czarkowski.

Barbara was born in Baltimore and proceeded to spend her life throughout the Philadelphia and Baltimore areas. She owned a store named ‘Needful Things’, named after one of her favorite Stephen King novels. She was an avid reader and movie watcher, loving to escape to worlds unknown. Barbara was brilliant at needlepoint and a beautiful storyteller.

A Memorial will be held at 10am on Thursday, May 22, at 1327-29 S. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA.
