Cecelia T. “Celie” Panarello (nee Melso) passed away on June 17, 2021. Loving mother of the late Matthew Jr.; Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Mary; Dear niece of Concetta “Chetta” Giordano, John Raffa, and also survived by her many Loving cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on WEDNESDAY at 10:00am Annunciation B.V.M. Church, 10th and Dickinson Sts. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to Wesley and Frances Bock Award for Children’s Literature at Neumann University, 1 Neumann Drive, ASTON, PA 19014
