Chi Lau
January 12, 1924 — January 28, 2019
On the early morning of January 28, 2019, our beloved mother and grandmother, Chi Lin Lau passed away peacefully in her home at Chinatown's On Lok House in Philadelphia, PA. She is survived by 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Born and raised in Guangdong, China, Chi Lin Lau immigrated to the United States with her family in the early 1980s. Although new to America, she courageously made a life here with her family through perseverance, hard work, and faith.
Chi Lin Lau was extremely devoted and loyal to her family and friends and believed in helping the less fortunate. She was our strength and inspiration. Although she is no longer with us, her memories will always be a part of our lives.
No words could measure up to the amount of selfless sacrifices she has made for her family throughout her long life. She was always there to give her unconditional love and support for her family’s endeavors. It was truly a blessing to have Chi Lin Lau in our lives.

2019年1月28日凌晨，我们亲爱的母亲和祖母大人刘志蓮在费城唐人街的安樂楼的家中安静地过世. 安祥地走完了她的人生道路, 亨年95岁.她养育有 3个孩子，9个孙子孙女和3个曾孙子孙女.
刘志蓮在中国广东出生和长大.她老人家于20世纪80年代初随家人移民美国. 虽然刚到美国，她通过坚持不懈, 努力工作和信仰, 勇敢地与家人建立了美好的生活. 她非常忠诚，忠于她的家人和朋友. 她也真的相信帮助那些不幸有困难的人.
虽然她己不再和我们在一起，但她的记忆将永远是我们生活很重要的一部分. 她是我们心中的伟大祖母親.
无论我们的千言万語或怎么书写, 也无法表达我订对她的深深愛戴.在她漫长的一生中无休止地提供的爱和支持. 能够体验她的生命是一种荣幸和伟大.
