Comasia Semeraro (nee Bruno) Age 95 passed July 26, 2024. Devoted wife of 70 years to the late Michele. Beloved mother of Anthony “Dino” (Catherine), Teresa (Richard) Thompson, Dolores (Don) Horne and Mariann (Domenico) Rocca. Sister of the late Leonardo Bruno and Gino Bruno. Loving grandmom “Nonna” of Michael (Charity) Semeraro, Frank (Caitlin) Ponzio, Michael Ponzio, Anthony (Joeslee) Semeraro, Danielle (Eric) Raup, Krysta Thompson (Ken), Antonio (Elaina) Rocca, Mimmo Rocca (Cassie) and Luciano Rocca (Alisha). Also survived by many great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Comasia immigrated to the United States with her husband and 2 children at the time from Martina Franca, Puglia; La provincial di Taranto March 19th, 1957, “St. Joseph’s Day”. She worked for many years as a tailor while raising her children in S Philadelphia. She will be missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing TUESDAY 9 – 10AM Annunciation BVM Church 10th and Dickinson St funeral MASS will begin at10AM. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
