Danielle Marie Hill

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of our mother, MiMi, sister, aunt, niece, granddaughter, cousin and friend. DANIELLE MARIE HILL, who passed away on June 19th, 2026.

Born on June 9th, 1977 in Philadelphia, PA. She was the cherished daughter of the late Nancy and Joesph Hill. Danielle grew up surrounded by the laughter of her siblings, forging a lifelong, unbreakable bond with her sister, Diana (late Daniel) and her brother Billy (Cheryl).

She created a beautiful home and raised 3 children: Alyssa, Gialana and Michael. She provided a nurturing environment teaching them compassion, hard work and unconditional love.

Her greatest joy in life came from her role as “MIMI” to Aamori, Khasir, Hasaan, Bryson, Yamari, Jayden and, her sweet baby angel who joined her in the heavens, Aria. Danielle was the perfect MIMI no one or nothing came before “MIMI’s babies”. She never missed anything pertaining to them and always made each one feel uniquely special.

Danielle was Love in human form; she was a daycare teacher for several years and helped raise so many children in South Philly. Those children and their families became her extended family. All of the parents loved her as she treated each and every child as she would her own.

She is survived by her children, adored grandchildren, loving siblings, sister in law, many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, grandfather, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
