On Nov. 8th, 2018. Age 94. Fran was one of a kind. Inquisitive by nature, fascinated by the Cosmos and “The Mind of Man,” and she puzzled over life’s mysteries. She was an avid reader, film buff and classical music enthusiast. She held a special place in her heart for animals, especially cats. She loved to laugh and reminisce about time spent with family and friends, which brought her joy. She never judged others, was well loved and will be remembered fondly for her generosity and her spirit. Fran is survived by her nephews and nieces; Ronald Santino (Vickie), Jayne Santino, Elaine Newton (Rick), Henry Monacelli and her great nephews and nieces, Gina Santino, Gianna Hughes, Vincent Hughes, Daniel Hughes, Christina Hughes, Daniel Monacelli and Katie Roeder. Sister of Mary Santino and her brothers Alfred, John and Henry. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral, Tues. 9AM at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 9th and Watkins Sts.
