Frank Dicastelnuovo

Frank A. DiCastelnuovo, aged 90, passed away on January 10, 2025. He was the devoted husband of the late Doris (nee Kulb) and beloved father of Dino DiCastelnuovo, Frank Jr., and the late Florence Edwards. Frank was the loving grandpop of Dino, Sofia, Heather, Frankie, and Brooke, and the great-grandfather of Luca, Vienna, and Jonathan.

Born in the Italian market area of South Philadelphia, Frank was the youngest of his siblings. As a young teenager, he selflessly worked and cared for his parents while his older brothers went off to fight in World War II. Frank later became a foreman on an assembly line for Recon Automotive in Southwest Philadelphia, where he showcased his mastery as a machinist, skillfully rebuilding car engines and transmissions.

In his retirement, Frank relocated to Margate, NJ, where he found joy in being a caring and devout grandfather to his grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Frank's viewing on Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM at Baldi Funeral Home, 1331 S. Broad St (Ample Parking on Premises). A prayer service will commence at 1 PM, followed by interment at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
