It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frank Ippolito who peacefully left us on January 19, 2025, at the age of 93. Frank was the beloved husband of the late Rosemary (nee Luvisi). He was a devoted father to Denise Piacentini and Michele Ippolito. Frank will be fondly remembered as a caring brother to the late Anthony, Joseph, and Marie Calisi.
His memory lives on through his loving presence in the lives of his grandchildren Joseph, Lisa, and Kristin, as well as his 7 great-grandchildren. Frank's passion for the horses and cherished visits to the casino brought him joy, alongside his unwavering support for the home teams, particularly his beloved Phillies and Eagles. The Eagles' victory on the day he ascended to heaven was a fitting tribute to his enduring sports spirit.
With a penchant for dreaming big, Frank held onto the hope of winning the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes, often mentioning how Ed McMahon will not forget him. Yet, it was his family that brought him true riches, and their cherished moments together will forever remain in their hearts. Frank's absence will be deeply felt by those who held him dear.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at his viewing from 9 to 10 AM on Friday at Annunciation BVM, located at 10th and Dickinson St. A Funeral Mass will follow promptly at 10 AM. Frank will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In his eternal rest, Frank reunites with his beloved wife and finds peace with his Lord and Savior. May his memory be a source of comfort and solace to all who knew and loved him.
