Frank Joseph Tartaglia passed away on November 24, 2022. Beloved Son of Joseph and Connie (nee Villari); Loving Brother of the late Joseph Frank Tartaglia; Brother in law of Leah and Dear Uncle of Vienna (Patrick), Jo-Jo, and Frankie; Dearest Nephew of Lorraine (Tony) Mascino; Cousin of Francesca and Antonio. Also survived by his many close Friends…too many too mention. His family will greet relatives and friends on FRIDAY evening from 6:00 to 9:00pm at The PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. and on SATURDAY afternoon from 12:00 to 3:00pm at Casa Mexico, 1132 S. 9th St., Phila. Interment Private.
