James J., a WWII B-17 Pilot, passed away on May 23, 2016 at age 91. Husband of the late Mary he is survived by his loving companion Carole Gurkaynak; loving father of James M., Esq. (Susan); dear grandfather of Marianne (Jason) Borawski, Gina (Joseph) Loscalzo, Laura (David) Waibel, Stephanie and Rebecca Matour; also survived by 3 great grandchildren, his sister Josephine, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral SATURDAY Morning from 9:30 to 10:30 at St. Bridget’s Church, 3667 Midvale Ave., Phila., PA 19129. Funeral Mass to follow viewing at 10:30am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations can be made in his memory to St. Bridget’s Church.
