James M. passed away on November 15, 2019 at age 74. Beloved Husband of the late Lucy A. (nee D’Arcangelo); Loving Father of Luci (George) Vazquez; Dear Pop of Devin Sem, Jaedin Sem, Aydrien Vazquez, George Vazquez, and Joanna Vazquez; Brother of Patricia Chadwick, Robert Norbeck, David (Susan) Norbeck, and the late John (Nancy) Rafter, William Rafter, Jane Dempsey, and Dolores “Penny” Crane. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. His Family will greet Relatives and Friends on SATURDAY November 23, 2019 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. His Interment will be Private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society) 100 N. 2nd Street, Phila., PA 19106
