Jon passed suddenly December 13, 2020 at the age of 28. Loving son of Brian and Natalie (nee Montes). Beloved brother of Tiana, Dominick and Julianna. Grandson of Edwin (Kathy) Montes and the late Angel (Frances) Collazo. Great grandson of Sara Montes. Dear nephew of Erik (Melissa) Montes and Michael Crisp. Also survived by many loving cousins, friends and extended family; Jeanine (Bill) Boerner, Toni Maestrale, David (Alicia) Bagnato family and RJ (Ricky) Montes.
