Kathleen Marchiafava

Kathleen M. Marchiafava (nee Shore), 65, of South Philadelphia, passed away on august 18th at 12:17 am, from stage IV lung cancer. Born September 25th 1956, Kathy grew up in Cinnaminson, NJ. At the age of 25 she married Robert Johns, and went on to have two beautiful children; Danielle and Brett. She later married Anthony Marchiafava and expanded her motherly love to Anthony’s two daughters; Monique and Maureen. Kath led a life full of adventure, music, and dancing. She was named prom queen by her many loving friends. Her energy was felt by everyone as she embraced people with open arms into her family and held no reservations speaking her mind to others. Kathy is survived by her 4 children and two sisters: Trisha and Debbie.  A gathering will be held Aug 24th from 5-7pm at Baldi funeral home at 1331 South Broad St. (Ample Parking on Premises) Interment will be Private.
