Lien Truong 張 寬 蓮

慈母張寬蓮，於二零貳貳年二月十二日夢中安詳逝世，享年九十二歲。寬蓮於一九二九年農歷六月初七出生在中國，父親為張滄海，母親為李愛好，她是一名虔誠的天主教徒。她成長在一個有愛的大家庭裏，她在七個兄弟姐妹中排行第六，也是之中最長壽的一位。一九五五年十月三日，張寬蓮和她的一生摯愛阮寶初（於1.24.2017逝世）結婚，一起育有五位孝順的子女，在越南過著幸福充實的生活。一九九一年，寬蓮與家人一起移民到了美國賓夕法尼亞州的費城。此後的大部分時間，她都無私奉獻給了她的孩子和孫子們。她心地善良、待人熱情，喜歡給來訪的親人和客人烹調美味的佳肴。她心虔誌誠，常誠心禱告念經、樂善好施，也因此受眾多天主教教友的尊敬和愛戴。閑暇時，她愛好旅遊，探訪不同的風土人情和享受各地美食；她還熱衷於追蹤各種香港古裝和現代劇集。同時，她也喜歡關心追蹤她孫子們的戀情近況。不難發現，寬蓮的一生都充滿了愛和歡聲笑語。張寬蓮留下了五個子女和四個孫子，以及他們的伴侶。長子阮智昭和兒媳鄒惠如，二兒子阮智健和兒媳關碧姬，三女兒阮惠娟和女婿丁浣貴，四女兒阮惠潔和小女兒阮惠芬。孫輩有阮忠信，阮忠誠，丁俊賢和孫媳鐘卓君，丁俊恒。寬蓮的優秀品格永遠激勵著子孫後代，她的音容笑貌會永遠活在子孫的心中。家人會於二零二二年二月十五日周二晚5點到8點，同張寬蓮進行遺體告別儀式。 地點在Baldi Funeral Home,  1331 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19147. 紀念寬蓮的彌撒追悼會將在二月十六日周三Holy Redeemer 唐人天主教堂舉行，遗体瞻仰是上午九點，弥撒会是上午十點进行。地點在915 Vine Street, Philadephia, PA 19107. 遺體會被葬在Northwood Cemetery墳場，永遠被後人所敬仰。特此訃告。

Lien Khoan Truong, loving mother of five, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 12, 2022. She grew up with a large family and was the second youngest of seven and sustained the greatest longevity amongst them. Lien was born on June 7, 1929, in China, the daughter of Hai Truong and Hao Ly. She married So Bao Nghieu on October 3, 1955. She was devout Catholic and her husband preceded her in death on January 24, 2017. Lien immigrated over to Philadelphia in 1991. She dedicated her time to the care of her children and grandchildren. As a loving mother, she loved to cook for people who came to visit her. She was always very sociable and well-loved by people around her. She would enjoy traveling and getting herself involved in all her grandchildren’s love lives. She equally enjoyed watching both classic and modern Hong Kong TV shows. Lien is survived by five children, four grandchildren. Survivors sons and daughters-in-law are Chieu Nghieu and Hu Ju Tsou, Kien Nghieu and Peggy Nghieu. Survivors daughters and son-in-law are Quyen Nghieu and Quy Dang, Khiet Nghieu, and Phan Nghieu. Grandchildren and their spouses, Jimmy Nghieu, Danny Nghieu, Wilson Dang and Zhuojun Zhong, and Henry Dang. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. The family will greet friends from 5 pm – 8 pm at Baldi Funeral Home, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, located on 1331 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19147. Mass in celebration of Lien's life will be held at 10 am February 16 Wednesday at Holy Redeemer Chinese Catholic Church, located on 915 Vine Street, Philadephia, PA 19107. The church viewing will be held at 9 am the same day. Burial will be held at Northwood Cemetery.
