Loving companion of Wendy Wright; nephew of Anna Innequale
And Vincent Vernose; also survived by loving cousins, friends and colleagues
Of the Philadelphia Police Department.
Lt. Testa was a 25 year veteran of the Phila. Police Dept.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects to the family between
the hours of 1 and 5 PM, Sunday at BALDI Funeral Home, 1331 S. Broad St.
(ample parking on premises). Prayer Service will BEGIN at 4:30PM. Int. Private.
