Lillian Hernandez (nee Rivera) passed away on March 3, 2025 at age 82. Beloved wife of the late Santos; Loving mother of Joanne Sabasino (Mark), Jacqueline (Javier) Caraballo, Santos Hernandez (Nikai), and the late Bonnie Hernandez; Dear grandmother of Thomas (Dana), Justin (Cassaundra), Stefanie, Charisse, Brianna (Justin), Jordyn (Patrick), Valentina, and Santos; Great grandmother of Javie, Aaliyah, Aalijah, Abiona, Elliana, Bayleigh, Cecilia, Eli, and Caroline. Sister of Margarita Rivera, Maria (Angel) Veguilla, Dimas (Gloria) Rivera, Juan (Ana) Rivera, and the late Elba, Antonio, and Juan (Olga). Also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and a loving honorable mention to Dana Ferguson and Carmen Caraballo, daughters of the heart. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and prayer service on FRIDAY morning from 10:00am to 12:00pm at The PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. Prayer Service begins at 12:00pm. Interment private.
