Louis Soncini

SONCINI
LOUIS CELSO, age 96, passed
away peacefully on August 20,
2015 at St. Monica Manor in
Philadelphia. Predeceased by
his wife, Mathilde (nee Scola),
in 2013 after more than 70
years of marriage, and by his
sister Helen and his brothers
William and Robert, he is
survived by his brother, John,
and his loving children Marilou
Buffum (Peter), Roberta Fedor
(Felix), and William (Helene).
He was the proud grandfather
of David, Rebecca, Scott,
Lindsey, Billy, and Alexis and
adoring great grandfather of
Cora, Layla, Wylie, Dominic,
Luke, Oliver, and Matilda.
Born and raised in South
Philadelphia he lived there his
entire life. A big personality
and a man of strong opinions,
he was clear on his values and
held people to the same high
standards that he held himself.
He will be deeply missed.
Friends and relatives are
invited to attend his Funeral
Mass Wednesday, August 26th,
at 10 A.M. at Stella Maris
Church, 2901 S. 10th Street,
preceded by a viewing from 9-
10 A.M. lnt. Holy Cross Cem.
