Nicholas (Nickie) Centuolo, Jr., Age 47, of Philadelphia, passed away at home.Nickie was predeceased by his father, Nicholas Centuolo Sr. He is survived by his mother Barbara (nee Pezzuto), sister Maria (Michael) Sgrignioli Jr., and brother, Mark Centuolo. Loving father of Nicholas Centuolo and Anthony Rivello. Uncle to Michael, Matthew, Sofia & Olivia Sgrignioli. Nickie was born, raised and resided in Philadelphia, PA. Nickie had a heart of gold and he would do anything for his friends and family. With broken hearts we are grateful to know that Nickie is finally at peace. Services and Interment will be Private.
