Rosemary S. Nofer, Active in Settlement Music School of Philadelphia and Fox Chase Cancer Center, passed away on January 12, 2022 at age 88. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Straus and George H. Nofer; Loving sister of the late Samuel Iole (Jacqueline); Dear aunt of Steven Iole of Marlton NJ and his children Steven and Gia; Dear cousin of Josephine Maurone (Philip) of Drexel Hill, PA; Evelyn Capaldi of Philadelphia, PA, Lenny Marella of Houston, Texas, and William Amadeo of Michigan. Also survived by her companion and caretaker Evadne Topping. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on MONDAY January 24, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Paul’s Church, 923 Christian Street, Philadelphia PA 19147. Interment to follow at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
