Sylvia Fratto (nee Ciarrocchi) passed away on September 30, 2024 at age 100. Beloved wife for 73 years of the late Louis; Loving mother of Phyllis (Richard) DeCarlo; Dear nan of Richard Jr.(Vanessa) DeCarlo and Carla (Joe) Julia; Great grandmother of Joei (Tommy), Gemma, Sophia, Angilina, Brielle, and Rebecca; Great great grandmother of Harper Grace. Sister of Anna Manfredi and also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral on FRIDAY morning from 9:00 to 10:00am at Annunciation B.V.M. Church, 10th and Dickinson Sts. Funeral Mass begins at 10:00am. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
