In Memory of Tat Suen
Tat Suen passed away peacefully on August 19, 2026, at the age of 86. Born on March 10, 1940, Tat immigrated from Hong Kong to the United States in his thirties, eager to build a new life. He served as a merchant marine before embarking on a long, dedicated career in the restaurant business, where he spent the rest of his working life.
A devoted family man, Tat’s greatest joy was watching his family grow. He is survived by his devoted wife, Piu Yee Suen-Tse; his four children, Winnie (John Chan), Rosanna (Frank Yeung), Julie (David Baransky), and Daniel; and his five precious grandchildren, alongside a loving extended family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Tat at his viewing on Wednesday, August 26, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Baldi Funeral Home, 1331 S. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19147.Cremation will follow Harleigh Cemetery 1640 Haddon Ave Camden, NJ 08103.
