Theresa R. DeCesare (nee Rossini) passed away on September 1, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Albert F. Loving mother of Maryann (James) Wallace and Albert F. Jr. (Donna); Dear grandmother of Andrew (Kelly), Christa (Paul), James A. Jr., Lauren (Robert), and the late Mark Daniel; Great grandmother of Dylan, Lance, and Aubrey; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing TUESDAY evening 7:00 to 9:00 and WEDNESDAY morning 8:30 to 9:30 at The PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. Funeral Mass WEDNESDAY 10:00am St. Richard’s Church, 3010 S. 18th St. Phila. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
