Van Boi Tran, age 66, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on October 19th, 2024. She was born in Saigon, Vietnam on Jan. 18, 1958 to Luong Vuong and the late Cam Thai. She endured the hardships of the Vietnam War and its aftermath as a refugee, before immigrating to the United States. She was the wife of the late Tin Chan, and is survived by her son Kenneth Chan. She is survived by her father, her son, her loving siblings, nieces, nephews, and family friends.

Services will be held at the Baldi Funeral Home, at: 1331 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19147. (Ample Parking on Premises) The wake is Monday, October 28th from 5pm - 8pm, and  Tuesday, October 29th 8:30-9:30 Interment will be Hillside Cemetery.
