Virginia Tinkler - Moor

Virginia Ann Tinkler – Moor was born on September 20, 1946 and was called home on October 16, 2023 after a lengthy battle with cancer surrounded by her family. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents Charles Carlson Sr. and Lillie Jones and her brother Charles Carlson Jr. Virginia leaves to cherish her memories: two children; Jennifer Tinkler – Ase (Jos) and Adam Tinkler, Two sisters Barbara Shelton and Antonia Nichelson (Anthony), four grandchildren Zaire, Noelle, Alayna and Kairo. She is also survived by one Aunt Nettie Martin and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her life celebration and memorial Saturday October 28th 2023 starting at 11AM Baldi Funeral Home 1331 S. Broad St Phila., Pa 19147.
