William A. III passed away on November 14, 2016. Bill molded thousands of our youth during his 45 year calling as a teacher at Bishop John Neumann and then Saints Neumann and Goretti High School in South Philadelphia. He also enjoyed a 40 year career with the Philadelphia Department of Recreation, running recreation centers throughout the city. Beloved husband of Maria (nee Savvas); loving father of Maria Feeley (Peter Bishop) and William A. Feely IV (Jenna Kahn); grandfather of Bennett, Blaise, and Petra; brother of Gladys anne Feeley, Kathleen Short, Robert (Winnifred) Feeley, Mary Gaspari, Michael (Karen) Feeley, and the late Joanne (Frank) Maher; also survived by scores of nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing SUNDAY Evening from 6:00 to 9:00 and MONDAY Morning from 8:30 to 9:45 at the PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. Funeral Mass MONDAY 10:30am St. Patrick’s Church, 242 S. 20th St., Phila., PA 19103. Interment Arlington Cem., 2900 State Rd., Drexel Hill, PA 19026.
