Xam Pham

Xam Pham, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully in her home in North Philadelphia on Thursday, August 8th, 2024 at the age of 86.

She was a caring and generous individual who always welcomed others into her home and cooked delicious meals. Born in Vietnam, Xam lived in Vietnam through the war and later found refuge in Philadelphia where she raised her children with her late husband Trieu Lap Pham. Xam was a loving host that brought family and friends together during holidays and gatherings and her presence will be greatly missed. A pillar of love and friendship, she leaves behind a legacy of warmth, patience, and kindness to all that knew her.

Xam is survived by her children, son Tung and his wife Becky, son Kai and his wife Ingrid, daughter Wendy, and daughter Andie. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Stacey and her husband Philip, Wilson, Samantha, Allison, and Madison.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, friend, and gentle soul who will be deeply missed and forever live in our hearts.

A memorial/prayer service and visitation will be held on Sunday, August 18th, 2024, at Baldi Funeral Home 1331 S Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147. Visitation will begin at 7am and end at 8pm.

Funeral procession will be on Monday August 19th, 2024, at 6am at Baldi Funeral Home 1331 S Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery 2556 Susquehanna Rd, Roslyn, PA 19001.

Reception to follow at Ocean Harbor 1023 Race St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 at 12:30pm.
