Yoshiko Moody

Yoshiko “Yoko” Moody (nee Furukawa) passed August 15th, 2023. Devoted wife of the late John. Beloved mother of the late Marie Moody. Also survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother (of Japan) and many loving friends here in the U.S. Yoshiko was a pattern maker in the clothing industry for many years commuting to New York for many years. She worked with some of the greats in the industry namely “Jones of NY”. She had a passion for the Arts and music and was a resident of The Fountain View at Logan Square for over 4 years where she made many friendships. Her final resting place will be in her hometown in Japan with her remaining siblings. Services are pending.
