We understand the importance of Buddhist funeral traditions to Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian and other Buddhist families. Our Lotus Package was specifically designed for families wishing to hold a traditional Buddhist funeral service followed by cremation.

Our experienced staff provides bilingual assistance and understands many of the customs associated with Asian Buddhist funeral services. We work closely with families, Buddhist monks and religious leaders to help coordinate chanting, incense, altar arrangements, viewing hours, funeral ceremonies and the procession to the crematory.

Professional Services of the Funeral Director and Bilingual Staff

Professional service charges of our Funeral Director and staff, including bilingual assistance for families when needed.

Chinese and/or Vietnamese Obituary Assistance

Our staff will assist with preparing an obituary in Chinese and/or Vietnamese.

Transportation of Buddhist Monks

Transportation for Buddhist monks is provided by the funeral home to assist families with chanting and traditional Buddhist funeral ceremonies.

Evening and Morning Viewing Hours

Includes a 3–4 hour evening viewing along with morning viewing hours.

Embalming, Dressing and Local Transfer

Includes embalming, dressing and the local transfer of your loved one into our care from the place of death.

Candles, Incense and Buddhist Chapel

Includes candles, incense and full use of our second-floor Buddhist chapel, providing families with an appropriate and dignified setting for traditional Buddhist funeral ceremonies.

Cremation Casket and Wood Urn

Includes a casket for cremation and a selected Wood Statesman urn with a brass nameplate.

Witnessing and Procession to the Crematory

Includes arrangements for witnessing and the funeral procession to the crematory.

Hearse and Six Professional Pallbearers

A hearse and six professional pallbearers are provided by the funeral home.

One Official Death Certificate

Includes one official death certificate from Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
