永遠懷念您──親愛的母親 2018年11月27日下午6時 ，媽媽安祥地走完了她的人生道路，享年87歲。 今天我們懷著沉痛的心情，在這里為我們親愛的媽媽舉行隆重的悼念儀式。首先，我們要感謝前來參加悼念儀式的親朋好友及媽媽生前每天一起去老人中心的老友記。 媽媽於1932年3月出生於中國廣東省鶴山縣。共有兄長及弟妹5人，在女兒排列「老大」。抗日時期外公扶老攜幼逃離家園遠赴越南。外公從一個茶葉莊的少爺忽然變得一無所有，流離失所，並要獨自一人肩負撫養全家的重擔，數年後，終於積勞成疾，英年早逝，遺留下年邁的太婆、外婆及六個年幼的子女，其中一個是我剛剛出生的小舅父，那年媽媽年僅10歲。由於家貧，大舅父和母親自小便要出外打工，賺錢撫養弟妹。 1952年，媽媽和爸爸結婚。育有哥哥及我們姐妹共7人，小時候我們的家境非常困難，爸爸在銀行上班，每月的工資要養活全家實在不容易，媽媽嘗試著做各式各樣的小食，擺攤子做小生意以幫補家計，供我們念書。我最想講的是，母親雖然從未進過學校，卻靠努力自學，認識了不少字。由於家貧，我和二家姐小學一年級並無正式上日學，只有晚間在穗城學校上夜校，一個5、6歲的小孩晚上提著一個塑膠袋，裡面裝著書簿，帶著小蠟燭，因為那時候晚間經常會停電。在如此惡劣的環境下，所學到的非常有限，反而是媽媽在家捉著我的手，一筆一劃的教我讀書寫字，當我正式上二年級日校時，一年級學生該懂的全部學到了。媽媽雖未上過學堂，卻是我的啟蒙老師，實在了不起！ 爸爸媽媽人緣好，親戚朋友和鄰居都對我們關懷照顧，在我們最困難時侯伸出援助之手。對於他們的愛心和情誼，媽媽常囑咐我們 : 要飲水思源，有機會時記得要以"涌泉"相報。媽媽對自已克勤克儉，當親戚朋友遇到困難，都盡 其所能慷慨解囊相助。 日復日，年復年，我們終於長大了。1992年我們以家庭團聚的方式來美，剛來時與哥哥同住，1997二家姐買了房子，爸爸媽媽便與二家姐住在一起，爸爸在前院栽花，媽媽在後院種菜。爸爸每天去華埠和他的老朋友飲咖啡聊天，而媽媽則每天去老人中心，與其他老人們一起做體操，談天說地，有時候還相約在週末到外面去食大餐，甚至結伴去旅行，生活舒適寫意。 2008年10月，爸爸不幸因車禍去世了，大家都很傷心！事後媽媽在我們子女的關懷相伴下，心情慢慢的平復，繼續幸福生活。 幾十年的辛勞，媽媽落下高血壓和心臟病。1998年做心臟搭橋手術，媽媽一直以樂觀的精神和堅強的意志與疾病進行頑強的鬥爭。直至今年１月不幸中風住院治療，無數次，媽媽跟死神一次又一次的博鬥，醫院的醫生，護士對媽媽的堅強和樂觀都十分欽佩。 妹妹一家最近搬遷到Florida，上星期感恩節，二家姐陪媽媽從費城直飛佛州，而我則從三藩市出發，我們一家在妹妹家度過一個愉快的感恩節。星期日二家姐陪媽媽飛回費城，我星期一回舊金山。沒想到在星期二下午竟傳來噩耗，媽媽走了！實在難以置信，我是在作夢嗎？真希望這只是噩夢一場而已 ! 感恩有這次聚會，讓我有機會幫媽媽洗澡擦背，第一次為媽媽洗頭吹頭髮，這也是小時候母親為我做的事。相聚時光雖短，卻讓我們今生的母女緣畫上一個完美的句號！ 親愛的媽媽，您歷盡風風雨雨、遍嘗辛酸苦辣，為我們操勞一生，奔波一輩子，為我們的幸福奉獻出自己的一切。現在，您已與久別１０年的爸爸在天上相聚，在我們的心中，您和爸爸永遠與我們同在。 安息吧，親愛的媽媽，一路走好！
